Each year, a number of ancillary events are held adjunct to the ILCA Annual Conference meetings and symposia, including but not limited to:

Advisory Board Meetings Internal Corporate Business Meetings
Educational Events Investigator Meetings
Focus Groups Investor Meetings
Hospitality Suites (in a meeting room) Offices
Hospitality Desks Social Events

ILCA requires all organisations (commercial and non-profit) that wish to hold functions during the ILCA Annual Conference to complete an Ancillary Event Request for ILCA review and information. This applies to functions of any size or nature, and in any location.

Blackout Times

ILCA requests that Ancillary Events are scheduled to avoid overlap with the ILCA Annual Conference.
Blackout Times are as follows:

  • 8 September 2016 from 1pm to 7pm
  • 9 September 2016 from 8am to 7pm
  • 10 September 2016 from 7.30am to 7.30pm
  • 11 September 2016 from 7.30am to 12.30pm

Ancillary events that would not comply with this rule may not be granted ILCA approval and will need to be subject to a specific ILCA derogation from the ILCA Office.

Submitting an Ancillary Event Request

All request should be reaching ILCA by 31 July 2016 using the ILCA Ancillary Event Request Form.

ILCA will respond with an official confirmation within 10 days after receiving the Request Form.
